Felling Senseless On Arm When Wake Up

I occasionally have instances where I wake up with one or both arms completely asleep and useless, like wet socks...like two pieces of dead fish. Why is that? I am 36, 170 pounds, fairly fit and muscular and have no outstanding diseases or symptomatic conditions of the physical or neurological type.

-circulatory deficiency
- neurological defect
-diabetics
-systematic disorders
-carpel tunnel syndrome
better you go for a thorough checkup after consulting your doctor
