Fell while snowboarding. Had whiplash head impact. Having tightness in shoulder joint, crepitus on shrug movement. Solution?

Hello, High impact fall on a 40 ft snowboard jump onto flexed elbow left hip with associated whiplash head impact. Most uncomfortable in shoulder joint , can t find position of comfort, crepitus on shrug movement, feels like there is also a crink in neck that I can t relieve along with tightness of shoulder joint when extended across body and pulled. Pls help

From description it seems soft tissue injury or ligament injury.If proper immobilisation is not given at the time of injury, healing of tissue or ligament might get hampered. However it is best to rule out any bone injury after an X-ray.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the X-ray/MRI of the area affected under his/her guidance.
In the interim,apply ice packs to the affected area,anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation. Avoid lifting weight and rest well.
