Hello and welcome to HCM
It seems that you have suffered an injury in the soft tissue or bone of the wrist.
It is advisable to consult an orthopedician and get a X-ray of the wrist joint done in AP and lateral position.

Depending on whether there is soft tissue or bony injury further management will be planned.
Soft tissue injury includes injury to the ligaments and is called sprain. Immobilization for 2-3 weeks and anlgesics will help.
Bone injury or fracture will require immobilization for a longer duration along with analgesics.

Thanks and take care
