Fell Off From Horse, Pain In Hips And Butt. Any Dislocation Of Spine?

I fell off my horse 2 days ago onto rock hard ground. I fell on my right hip towards the buttock and then my ribs hit. Didn't hurt bad til late that night and now my left hip and butt feals like a bad sciatic pain. Really hurts to walk. I did hear a crack when I hit. Haven't been to a doctor yet... could my spine have shifted to cause pinching on the opposite side? Thanks

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The spinal cord injury is extreme emergency and required immediate attention and very typical in nature, if it was spinal cord injury, you may not be able to stand up, you may not be able to pass the urine, the out come would be so worse, have nice day.
