I fell down three brick steps this morning, landing on concrete. My knee hit the concrete and my right tibia hit the bottom stair, there is slight pain in both knees and the pain on the tibia is greater. But not severe, i am able to walk just worried because each step i take when lifting my leg i hear a popping sound. should i be worried?

Thanks for posting your query.

You have knee pain, difficulty in standing, popping noise.

It might be due to arthritis or meniscal tear.

You need clinical exam of knee and xray or MRI as needed.

So you have to visited an orthopaedic surgeon & treatment plan acc. to that
