Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you are having is due to the multiple injuries that you have got due to the fall. If there is no remarkable swelling in the area or a severe pain then it is more likely to be a soft tissue injury. Rest, hot fomentation and mild pain killers will help you.

Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M.C.
You fall from the chair ,for that we feel sorry.
You fall on the left side just 2 feet above from ground that too in risky manners and got injury.
Usually this type of injuries are blunt and hurt only muscles and blunt injury to underneath bones, same things happens to you.
Since injuries are not serious so unnecessary tests are not advised.
Simple treatment is to take complete rest for 5-6 days and use some analgesic gel for local use at the site of injury where there are not bruise or wound.
If some bruise or wound is there use povidon type ointment.
If pain is unbearable than have 2-3 tabs of pain killer and that's all.
Good luck. Dr. HET
