I am a 34 year old woman who just fell off a ladder onto the concrete driveway. I fell approximately 8-9 feet and slammed my head into the concrete. When I fell I experienced numbing in my whole body and I thought i was parallized. After about 5 seconds I was able to slowly move and sit up, and eventually stand up. I felt like I got the wind knocked out of me and up til now I can t bite down. My head is throbbing especially where there is a huge bump. I feel a little bit nauseous. What should I do?
