Fell Down, Right Front Side, Back Shoulder Blade And Collar Bone Sore,

I fell last week on pavement. I thought I was going face-first, but turned at the last minute and landed on my right side. I thought I had broken a rib. Now, a week later, I m still sore on my right front side (under my breast ) and around to the back by shoulder blade. Also, just below my collar bone . any idea what this could be?

I would like to get x ray of your shoulder and ribs to make sure if there is any fracture. If yes then you would need pain killers and rest. If you are having pain on coughing and sneezing then there is high chances of rib fracture. If there is no fracture, then ice application, diclofenec ointment and brufen will be sufficient.
