Feet cold,pain in legs,hips,feet,hands,swollen veins,chest pain spreads to jaws,breathlessness,heart stroke 5 months ago

Hi im aged 31 and five months ago i had a stroke . Since then my feet are always cold and ive been having pain in my legs hips feet and hands. I can hardly walk without pain im in agony. Ive noticed my veins swell alot and ive been having chest pain that goes to my jaw . Also breathlessness. Can u figure out what is wrong? Regards lisa
