Feels Tasteless, Mouth Not Fresh, Tingling In Lips

I fell something different in my mouth for couple of days, tasteless, not fresh. There is slight tingling in my left side of the lips . What can be the reason?

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Tingling in lips as well as tasteless feeling may be due to-ulceration of mucosa or decayed or infected tooth within oral cavity.

I would advice you to apply anesthetic gel on the involved area.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.

Avoid spicy foods,tobacco or pan chewing.
