Feels Like Heart Is Racing Heavily Even While Resting. No History Of Heart Problems. Suggestions?

Just now my heart beat really hard.. It felt like it got really big or something and then it raced for about two seconds and went back to normal.. It does that occasionally, and I have no history of heart problems so I'm not too worried. I'm just curious.. Why does it do that sometimes? It's always when I'm just simply resting so it confuses me

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
Welcome to HCM,
There is rhythm disturbance. This may be harmless or serious. It depends upon the underlying rhythm and any structural heart disease. You need to get an ECG and ECHO after getting yourself examined.
If you have loss of consciousness/vertigo/ shortness of breath/ angina associated with it, please see your doctor urgently.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder Singh
