Sleeping for hours is not important . Sleeping at correct time is important , i suggest u to do some kind of physical activity in early morning , so tha u start ur day with a workout in morning ... The go for ur job.... Have ur dinner before 8:30 pm ... U vl automatically feel tired and sleepy... Medications do help but u cant stick to them as they also cause sleep disturbance... Ur leg pain , back pain
