I have a problem for about 8months i am experiencing slight dizziness , feeling of getting high or i feel like im floating, sudden feeling of tiredness like i feel like floating then i feel weak. especially when im working. people see like im super tired sometmes and like im high on a drugs or something which i dont do. What should i do what laboratory exams should i take. lately im suffering on sinusitis but i think thats not my problem because it started 8 months ago. ty
