Feels Cold, Sweat On Hands And Forehead, Feels Vomiting. Is There Anything Wrong?

my boyfriend lately has been having random times where he will get very pale looking and clammy almost like a cold sweat on his hands and forehead . When these symptoms begin he feels the need to vomit and most of the time does or it the feeling and cold sweat just goes away. i am worried something serious could be wrong. any suggestions to what it might be?

These symptoms are in favour of Mono Sodium Glutamate poisoning, it is found in traces in all the bakery products, fast foods, energy drinks, packaged foods. Ask him to avoid such food items & consult a good physician for further investigations.
