Feeling Tired, Headache, Pain In Jaw, Arm, And Back

I am a 19 year old college student. I started feeling extremely tired last night, as if I took a medicine that makes me drowsy. I had a hard time waking up today and when I did, I was extremely tired all day long. I was exhausted and felt drained. And I m always full of energy. And as of right now, I am more tired than I was today, I have a horrible headache , my jaw hurts, my right arm is in pain, my wrist where my pulse is hurts, and my back hurts. I am also very cold right now.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you are about to get fever, these symptoms seem to be prodromal symptoms. These also could be due to gastric irritation of the fever or due to diet.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have blood tests, like D.C, T.C, E.S.R, WIDAL, Q.B.C etc along with other routine tests.
Avoid taking spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods to avoid indigestion and burning in the stomach which some times is not felt, but is there.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, cauliflower, and coconut to avoid body pains .
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Dr. Praveen Tayal's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to a generalized viral infection. Most of the times such illnesses are self limiting and the symptoms improve in 5-7 days,. You can take acetaminophen for symptomatic relief meanwhile.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
