Hello Sharmane,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Any infection in the Gastrointestinal tract.
2. Inadequate hydration status & electrolyte balance of the body.
3. Peptic ulcer- pain in case of duodenal ulcer is relieved on eating.

The sensation of shaking, cold & tiredness can be attributed to the state of electrolyte imbalance in the body due to vomiting.
Though symptomatic relief can be obtained by intake of anti-emetics, the underlying cause for the symptoms need to be treated.

So, kindly consult a Gastroenterologist & get a proper clinical examination done.
Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, Ultrasound scan of abdomen & endoscopy will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.

Wishing a Good Health.
Thanks & take care.
