Feeling Pain In Lower Left Abdomen. Suggest

Hello, I am 17 years old. I have no children and no medical history. I would like to get a better understanding, before I see my doctor, of what might be going on with my body. Before I release gas or a bowel movement, I feel a pain in my lower left abdomen. On a scale 1 - 10, with 10 being the worst; i would rate my pain a 7. Please help.

Hello.Initially for your age and no warning signs
(for example bloody stools) do not worry.
When a person releases gas or defecating, abdominal pressure increases and can make it hurt any pathology such as an inguinal hernia(is not important pathology)
I must go to your doctor and he will examine you
I wish you good health
