Welcome to HCM!

I have gone through your question and from my experience I can say that you should at least get an ECG done to rule out any heart cause. If this is okay, it appears some respiratory tract infection spread to lower part.

This infection will easily respond to a combination of amoxicillin -Clavulanic acid, twice a day, an antacid, along with stem inhalation three times and gargals. with this you will start getting better within first day itself, but you need to rule out cardiac cause to be on the safer side.

Wish you good health!
