Hi. If I sleep for 7-8 hours per night and still feel that I am not very fresh and energetic in the morning, what may be the possible reasons. I guess I have no disturbances at night as I close all the doors / windows / lights etc.
Hi,there are 2 kinds of sleeper pattern normally.
One 8 -10 hr sleeper and other one 6-8 hr one and they need sleep accordingly.
Also according to age sleeping hrs need changes more for child and less for elderly.
So dont feel abt it....if its troubling in ur daily routine then consult Psychiatrist otherwise continue to enjoy it.
