Feeling of nose not getting fresh air, heaviness and humidity in air after cleaning with bleach. How can I stop this feeling?

I recently got a new puppy and have been cleaning with bleach and water i now feel like my nose is not getting enough fresh air and the air feels heavy and humid my sinus is clear and not congested is there something I can do i have since then stopped useing bleace , is there something i can do to stop this feeling ? it can be allergic the effect of withdraw the bleace will come in few week
apply ointment neomycin h in nose bd
sea water 2 drops in each nose bd
can use antiallergic to clear nose secretions

Thanks for writing to us.

To relieve the feeling of heaviness,frequent steam vapouization has to be done.

Rinse as well as blow your nose.

The heaviness usually will last for 24hours.
If symptoms persists,please do visit a GP.
