Feeling Of Lump In The Stomach On Sitting, Disappears On Expansion, No Weight Loss. Cause?

Hi I m 14 and whenever I do a crunch or situp there s a lump in my stomach . It s hard too. My stomach mussels aren t toned really at all. My mom and dance teacher say its normal to have a lump. It isn t painful. I go to the bathroom fine. I have no unexplained weight loss . It could be muscle just badging put the center of belly but I dont think so. The lump only shows when I m doing a crunch or situp.andcwhen I expand my stomach muscles the lump is gone. What s wrong?
