You are suffering from vertigo
, which is the sensation of spinning while not moving; there are several causes, one of the most common ones benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which is a dysfunction of the middle ear apparatus that is more common as we age, and tends to get better with specific physical therapy
. Other common causes are inflammation of the middle ear after an infection and side effects from the medications. I encourage you to visit a provider, hopepully an ENT doctor, who can conduct a physical/neurologic exam and determine the specific underlying cause.
