Feeling Nervous, Anxiety Attacks After Getting Cortisone Injection. Elevated Blood Pressure

Hi I had a cortisone injection in the L3 a couple of weeks ago . Ever since I have been vey nervous and have anxiety attacks around evening time. Also, the bottom of my blood pressure has increased from 78/80 to 85/86. The top number runs around 138 to 148, Which is high for me. I feel very gittery and nervious about 3:00 until the time I go to bed. is this normal

Anxiety is less likely – rather euphoria and sense of well being is common!
