Feeling neck pain and tightness around breast bone. Not cured by heating pads and massage. Any advice?

I am a 30 yr old women. Experiencing neck pain down to the middle part of my back, I have tried biofreeze, heating pads even had 2 massage but it still didn t help with the pain. The neck pain has been like this for about a month But keeps getting worse. I don t have a fever and blood pressure is good but now I have tightness above my breast bone. Any advice on what to do? Thanks

Your symptoms are likely to be due to cervical spondylosis. Hot fomentation and pain killers in combination with appropriate muscle relaxants are needed to provide the adequate relief. Please consult your physician for the prescriptions.
