Hello. Am 22 yrs old... And i have Mirena . But lately i havent been feeling myself. I have been throwing up, i feel nausious, morning sickness , tired, feel bloated, bt i havent had my period for 7 months already. I took 2 pregnancy test both came out negative. Is possible i could be pregnant or could it just be symptoms of mirena. I forgot to mention i have been getting really bad cramps and stomache feels sore. Please help.
