Feeling Light Headed, Weak. Done Ekg, Echocardiogram. Tests Showed Artial Enlargement, Mitral Valve Regurgitation

I have recently had an EKG and Echocardiogram after an incident where I blacked out. The result of these tests showed I have severe atrial enlargement and moderate to severe mitral valve regurgitation and multiple PVC's. I am still feeling light headed and weak but have had no more black outs. I have been advised to have a cardiac consult, which will soon be scheduled. I am wondering if there are activity restrictions I should follow until that consult.

Dear Sir/ madam
Thanks for writing to us.
A blackout can not be explained simply by LA enlargement or moderate to severe Mitral regurgitation or multiple PVCs. There is something more. The cause for severe LA enlargement ? cause for Mitral regurgitation etc. is not clear. Therefore you should avoid heavy exertion or driving or crossing road on your own till the cardiology consult. Also avoid standing at dangerous points/ swimming/ travelling alone.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
