Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia. Please see a physician for a proper examination and suggestion. You may also need a hormonal profile to see if the estrogen levels are low enough to cause the hot flushes. Avoid taking spices, eat well-timed small bland meals along with digestive enzymes, antacids and anti-emetics for sometime after consulting your doctor. Hope you find this information useful. Good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shoaib Khan's  Response
Hello ma'am.

Yours seems to be more of a gastric condition than any other. Your presentation could match a number of conditions, especially peptic ulcer disease, hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.

I would request you to get an endoscopy done which will surely shed light on the cause for your presentation.

Wishing you lots of luck.

Take care.
