Feeling Extremely Fatigued And Nauseous After Surgery

My son had a second surgery on his knee two weeks ago. Since the surgery he is very fatigue, nauseted, and can barely eat or drink. I took him to urgent care and they rehydrated him gave him zofran and nucynta. He is off the meds now. Then he got the flu. He has lost 30 lbs in two weeks. I took him back to the doctor today and labs were drawn and normal. He did eat two salmon patties then felt sick. Lights hurts his eyes. Please help
