Feeling Dizzy, Have Headache, Itchy Throat And Runny Nose. What Treatment Should Be Done?
I have had horrible allergies the past week.... sneezing itchy throat runny nose , etc. Tonight i blew my nose and there was a loud bang and horrible pain followed. A little dizzy but my ear is hurting bad...throbbing and i also have a headache. Hurts now to chew, brush teeth , anything that makes my left ear move. Have a warm rag on it now.
Has your hearing changed? Do loud noise cause pain?
I hope you have not harmed your tympanic menbrane (ear drum) in the process. This damage can also cause severe headaches in an individual and decreased mobility of the face (and its parts).
I would advise you to kindly consult an ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialist at the earliest, to avoid any long-term damage. Also to visualize your middle and internal ear. Taking pain-killers or staying still is not the solution before we rule out all possibilities of injury.
I hope I have succeeded in answering your questions, you could write back to us anytime for further clarifications.
Best wishes.
