Feeling dizziness often, urine test shows presence of crystals. What could be reason of dizziness?

Hi, I am a man of 32 years old. I am feeling a dizziness and fatige since a week. I did a blood and urine test, the results showed a RBC/HPF of 8-10 and the presence of calcium oxalate crystals in urine. Please I want to know what is the cause of these symptoms especially the dizziness that I feel everyday for about 1 hour.

Thank you
