Feel tired, thirsty, body heat ,sweating, dryness in the lips, unable to digest if eat more. Why ?

i am eating healthy foods but i didn't put weight . if i eat more sometime i feel it not digesting,
when i am in working place( college)sometimes i feel more hungry. during night i got reflex is there. whatever i had food is not absorbed properly in my body.i feel tired very soon,feeling thirsty,body heat,sweating,dryness in the lips i FINISHED taking medicine for allergy (montex LC.LEON 250,ZINCOVIT ) Help me to put weight.

Hi and thanks for the query,
Being slim does not necessarily mean you got a disease but could simply be explained by genetic factors. However, the few symptoms you describe require that a cause of disease should be evaluated and excluded. Infectious disease, tumours, autoimmune diseases could explain all these. Blood tests, complete blood count, markers of inflammation, immunoglobin E to ascertain the degree of the allergic levels, abdominal scan, liver function tests, urine examination, a chest x ray could be keys aspects for a complete evaluation. Consulting an internist first could be very useful.

cause can bed milk wheat potato rice nuts or egg
When there is allergy the food you take for growth harms you in negetive direction
n dietry suppliments get vitamins from planned dier
Stop milk and diary products
get blood serumtested for milk wheat and above foods
go for elimination diet
