Hi,

Do not be scared my dear. What you are experiencing we call "vertigo" caused by many factors including hypertension, spondiloarthrosis of the neck level, mis-functioning of the inner ear, etc.

So, I'd suggest to consult and ENT and neurologist to further evaluate your problem.

Meanwhile, I'd advise to have more rest, avoid brusk turning of the head or eye movement, drink more water.

Hope this helps!
