Feel Like Current Crawling Under Skin From Face Down Neck Above Breast

hello doctor....i have a strange felling from the right side of my lower face down my neck it goes down to just above my
breast...its like a current or something crawling inside my skin...i have no pain...it comes and goes...dont have it all the time.
I am healthy and dont have any real medical problems...i suffer ok with me/ thank you...

2. dietary deficiency of certain essential nutrients like vit B6, vit B12, folic acid, calcium, etc which help in nerve conduction.
