General & Family Physician 's  Response
thank you for your query,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. nerve compression or neuropathies
2. dietary deficiency of certain essential nutrients like vit B6, vit B12, folic acid, calcium, etc which help in nerve conduction.
3. any underlying health conditions like hypertension or diabetes
4. electrolyte imbalance in the body
5. hormonal factors, etc.

so, kindly consult your family physician
A proper physical examintion should be done to pinpoint the cause.
Investigations like complete blood count, nerve conduction studies, serum electrolyte assay will be helpful.

thank you,
you can contact me for any follow up questions
take care
