Fatty Tumor Above Collarbone, Swollen Lymph Node. Should I Be Worried?

I have a fatty tumor (that's what if feels like) the size of a grape right above my left collarbone. It hides underneath it but i can move it around. Then right above that, is what feels like a swollen lymph node. The are about 2 inches apart. But the one that moves around doesn't feel so much like a lymph node. Is this something I should be worried about?

Welcome to HCM!

Ideally you should see a doctor, preffrably a surgeon and get the swellings examined. Their position is such that they need to be diagnosed.

Had I been seeing you, I would surely advice a FNAC ( fine needle aspiration cytology) of the swellings.
there is no need to panic for this, the movable swelling looks like a lipoma only from your description; but as I said its position nesseciates investigation and then one can be completely free of any concerns.

Hope the reply is useful
