Fatigue, Tingling In Legs While Sitting, BP 95/67, Pulse 65. Overweight, Inactive And Smoker. On BP And Cholesterol Medicines. Concerning?

I'm 53 yrs old and weigh 195 lbs, I'm 5'41/2" tall. I smoke about 1 pack of cig. daily. I'm extremely inactive. I take blood pressure and cholesterol medications. I've been feeling very tired lately and whenever I sit down my legs start to tingle. My blood pressure right now is 95/67 and my pulse is 65. Isn't that too low for a 53 yr old smoker that is 60lbs overweight?

Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

You seem to have several cardiovascular risk factors such a cholesterol disorder, blood pressure, overweight, smoking and inactive. These are factors that can contribute to a heart diseases. As for your parameters, BP and pulse, they seem to be normal and I do not think you should worry that they are low given your lifestyle. You probably do not have any heart diseases now or it might be developing gradually.
I suggest, you try to change lifestyle by reducing smoking or stopping completely, regularly exercise etc.

Hope this helps
