Fatigue, Fever, Itching In The Genitals, Is This HIV ?
Hi, doctor my age 28 ,hight 5.11,weight 70 kg & i am male. I think i have HIV .because fatigue, fever , itching in the genitals is such that every 15 days can you tell me about it.

It seems that you might have infection on scrotum giving rise to fever,fatigue,
Go for antibiotic medicine and antihistamine medicines.
Apply triple action cream locally.
If fungal infection is there go for antifungal tab. like Fluconozole.
go for blood tests to rule out HIV.
