Fantasizing About Dead Father. Schizophrenia? Does Taking Sizodon 2mg Lower Libido?

Hello, I am 30 years old male, started taking sizodon 4 mg per day since January 2010, it controls my libido, i was prescribed to take Prodep/Arpolux too. I left taking medicine twice and started again, Now I am taking Sizodon 1 mg per day and no prodep/arpolux but I couldn t stop thinking about my fantasies. If I make it 2 mg per day will I face libido problem again? I am not married till now. I believe some favorite man of mine is my father though my father died in 1988, is it schizophrenia . I didn t ask my psychiatrist about that and he died in 2011, my clinical psychologist said its schizophrenia. Can you help me with these two information?

It may be SCHIZOPHRENIA With OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS.
Sizodone- RISPERIDONE is an antipsychotic drugs used in any psychosis.(Schizophrenia, Brief Psychotic episode etc.)
Prodep- FLUOXETIN is the drug of choice in OCD. As you are not taking prodep now the thoughts will not stop to come in to your mind rather it may be increased because antipsychotic may cause this side effect.
In this type the recommended antipsychotic may be CLOZAPINE.
However consult a good psychiatrist, I think with proper medication and dosages you will be alright and side effects will be much lower.
