Family History Of Heart Issues. Have Pins And Needles Sensation, Breathlessness. Done Angiogram. What Is The Problem?

Female, 62, 5 2 63kg, professor with rheumatoid since age 22 - some joint damage incl knee & hip replacements some years ago, & with big toe fused have some limited mobility, but enjoy walking & swimming. I take methotrexate , folic acid, humira, celebrex as required when have flare up & a low dose HRT . Bloods are all good but B12 at 142 was just inside lower end of normal range, so started monthly injections. BP usually around 128/80. Cholesterol ok - the good one balancing the bad. Good diet - no junk food or cakes, limited wine only & never smoked. With family history of heart issues later in life (father at 70, mother 84) and recent high stress at work, have had pins & needles sensations upper left side of heart & some sharper pains at times & some shortness of breath, so had angiogram. Luckily all arteries are clear & good with only 2 small plaque deposits on one, so cardiologist has dismissed me. What is the problem? what would you suggest i do next.

HI,
i feel your pin and needles sensation most probably due to lack of some vitamin of B complex group as your B12 is also lower side ,
apart from medicine i would like to suggest you few diet tips also ,
eat sprouted pulses , fresh fruits , fish , egg and milk product will help in improving your vitamin level ,
as this vitamins are water soluble you need to take on daily basis as it cannot be stored in body .
take care
