Fall on ankle, have intense pain, pressure on the front part. Remedy?
I was stunting in cheer and i came down on my ankle there was a brief feeling of mild discomfort and then it went away i cheered the rest of the game fine but when i woke up this morning and went to go up stairs the pressure on the front causes a pain in my ankle i thought it might have needed to be popped so i tried to pull it towards me and it hurt immensely
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having severe strain on muscles and ligaments of ankle joint. Give complete rest to the joint. Apply ice pack for 2-3 days. Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medcine for 2-3 days. Ok and take care.
