thanks for choosing healthcare magic
It seems like a hypoglycemic attack which means a fainting attack when the sugar levels have gone very low due to starvation .

I have a few questions

Did she hit her head against anything when she fainted ? Did she have abnormal movement of her limbs when she fainted

Another possibility being a seizure

So i suggest if there is a recurrence then you need to get her evaluated .

She will need a complete thoroug evaluation to find out the exact cause in case of a recurrence

she will need an EEG to find out if it could be seizure activity
