Facing problem of acne. Permanent cure?

Hello Dr. I am facing a problem of acne since a year , I took medications from many doctors , like skin specialist, physician, homeopathic doctor but I didn t found it valuable. Than I went to dermatologist last she gave me few creams like effaclar cleanser, effaclar duo , antheliosxl, adalene gel for seven to ten days use than she said after that I will start your treatment like azelan and yellow peel . It s too costly for me and I have already spent lot of money on my acne treatment before. And I am confused even b cs somebody told me that these treatments will not remaining permanent after a year or two year it will start again and these are hormonal problems ,if you will try to stop them they can harm you in another worst way. Plz tell me what is best and right for me, I am 22 year old girl.
