Facial Injury, Stabbing Pain In Left Cheekbone, Huge Lump. CT Scan Shows Fractured Nose. Treatment?

I was punched in the face 10 days ago. I was taken to the ER for a CT scan which showed a fractured nose . But what has been VERY painful for the past week is a spot on my left cheekbone under my eye. For the first week it felt like I was being constantly stabbed by an icepick in that spot. Now the pain is not that bad anymore but there is a hard large lump that is very noticeable and sore to touch. What is the cause of this lump and will it go away?
