Hi, Rohan , from the description given by you it seems that the marks due to pimples are bhothering you.since one year you are having pimples. your age is not mentioned. normally pimples start during puberty due to hormonal changes . pcne has tendency to leave scars and pigmentation. and if you pick or squeeze acne this tendency increases. so avoid doing that.
for these spots you can use retinoic acid or kojic acid cream under doctor's prescription as they may cause some side effects.
In addition you can get peels alernating with microdermabration
for oiliness use salicylic face wash twice a day and use acne free sunscreen and moisturisers available like acnemoist cream.
Deriva MS gel helps in controlling acne and can be used at night.
clindamycin also helps but resistance can occur if used alone so use it in commbination with benzoyl peroxide or adapalene
hope this helps you
