Face Irritation After Using Undiluted Dettol
I applied undiluted dettol to part of my face and there is lots of irritation and severe pain. I need immediate remedy to get rid of the pain atleast

ie it is superficial injury only it may take 2 wks time for healing
if it is deep injury it will take longer time and it is better to consult doctor and start active treatment for best result
