General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
Firstly, the condition indicates presence of granulomatous reaction , it means you may have infections like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, any type of foreign body reaction, etc.
It should be be confirmed by histopathological examination.
So, consult with your treating doctor for ordering excisional biopsy. Management should be done according to the biopsy report.
