Hi m sanjay sewak m using combutol 1000 for more than 3 years n now m feeling blindness wat should I do ......my eyes r paining a lot I counsalted a eye doctor but no use .....this blindness will b cure if I stop using combutol 1000 ..plz so refer me sm thing ...

Combutol contains Etambutol and this drug is known to cause damage to retina when used for long time.
You need to undergo evaluation by ophthalmologist, preferably by a retina specialist to access the amount of damage caused by the drug. You need to stop the drug and replace the drug with alternative drug.
Please do mention for what purpose the drug was prescribed to you, commonly it is used for treatment of tuberculosis, but this drug is not required for more than 1 year.
