Eyelid Surgery, Redness, White Pustules.

I had eyelid surgery and now it has been 2 months. They have been very red with redness down below my eyes as well. My physician put me on an steroidal cream for an allergic reaction, that was one week ago . They are still very red and now I am getting little white pustules that look like pimples . Any idea what is going on please?
