Eye Sight Is Continuous Falling Down, What Could Be The Reason ?

I am 42 years old male, resident of Gurgaon . Basically Iam civil Engineer. My eye sight is continuous falling down. My eye sight do not remain uniform for more than 2-3 months. At this stage, my eye sight is approx. -12/+0.75. Is there any medician / eye drop or operation for this problem. you need good examination by a ophthalmologist.The refraction power should not change this frequently.there is surgery available for refraction but for that you need to have steady numbers for 1 year and you should be eligible also depending on many factors which your surgeon will tell.
