Eye Pain, Sinuses, Nerve Pain, Runny Nose. Why?

Hi there, i have pain above my left eye right at the eyebrow. about 3 years ago when the pain started i had a ct scan of my sinuses and that came back clean. When i went to find out the results at a ear nose & throat specialist he said it was nerve pain and wasnt related to my sinuses. sometimes that area feels "full" like it is related to sinus. Alot of times that side of my nose is also runny or stuffy as well. It sometimes is a sharp pain but lately is just a dull ache...any idea what it could be?

Hi,
I have read your question ,
The Running nose symptoms you mentioned is quite like a symptom for sinusitis , which generally results in the pain around the eyebrows or eye.
You said that you had a CT scan , but that was 3 years ago , without physical check and medical history , it is not possible to explain you the real reason.
There are a few other relative issues , but after ruling out chronic ones ( Since you said the pain isn't constantly sharp) it could be migraine, sinusitis.
I recommend you to check with and ENT Specialist & Neurologist nearby to rule out all the possiblities.

Wishing you a good Health,
Dr.G.Gayatri Devi
