Hi thanks for using HCM.

Since after using so many ophthalmic drugs your problem is not solved. Itching and redness may be due to irritation or allergy or due to drug side effect.
You have taken allergy treatment so the other option is irritation. Just check for your eye lashes once, If you are using AC make the vents directed away from you, regularly clean the working room, daily head wash (shower), and if any refraction problem then get treated for it. Continue tears naturale and also get examined of your retina once with retinoscope.

Escitalopram can cause eye irritation, conjunctivitis, abnormal vision, visual disturbance and dry eyes. So Consult your doctor for changing medication.

If not controlled with these in a week then get back with the photo of your eyes for discussion next line of management.

Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards

This is unlikely to be cancer,as advised by your opthalmologist, the swelling and redness is secondary to the allergy.Resting the eyes adequately will help, seek a second opinion from a good opthalmologist.
